Vivian Lamolli Gives Us Her LAST WORD, when we asked her ‘When Was The Last Time You…..’

Vivian Lamolli is a dynamic force on screen whose star continues to rise across genres and platforms. Best known for her standout role in the cult-fan-favorite Paramount+ series ‘Grease : Rise of the Pink Ladies,’ Lamolli has proven her versatility—from stealing hearts in the award-winning romantic comedy ‘Say A Little Prayer,’ which recently took home “Best Feature” at the Mexican American Film & TV Festival, to bringing intensity and depth to primetime hits like CBS’ ‘S.W.A.T.‘ and ‘NCIS : Hawaii.’ With a vibrant presence and a growing list of credits, Lamolli is carving out a space all her own in Hollywood.

The Last Time Vivian was in the studio, we played a round of ‘The Last Word’ with her, and here’s what she had to say!

Last time you sang in shower?

The last time I sang in the shower was this morning. I almost, always sing in the shower.

Last time you were mistaken for someone else?

The last time I was mistaken for somebody else was, for a fellow actress. Her name is Ariana DeBose, and I was mistaken for her at a grocery store.

Last time you were starstruck?

Oh. After the Pink Ladies pop up shop event! We called it Frosty’s, but it was Mel’s Diner. I left for a break before the screening, to grab tea or something. I went to a sushi spot down the street. While there was the beautiful and lovely actress, Nabiyah Be, who plays Simone on Daisy Jones and the Six. I was just like, ‘Stop, this is not happening. Is this real?’ You know what I told her? I said, ‘We are so blessed that you exist.’

Last time you did a good deed?

Aw. I do good deeds every day. No. The last time I did a good deed oh. I mean, if family counts, I love having my niece and nephew crawl all over me, and tell their parents to go do whatever they need to do, and give me all the babies to just protect and babysit and love. Then I can give them back.

Last time you had unclean thoughts?

Oh. Everyday. Well, it depends on what you mean by ‘Unclean thoughts.’ Forgive me Jesus, was probably this morning.

Last time you gave into peer pressure?

You know, I’m usually the one doing the peer pressuring. So, I don’t really know. There’s very little I would say ‘No’ to. So, I can’t really think of the last time. I think I just say ‘Yes’ to everything. So peer pressure doesn’t phase me.

Last time you played truth or dare? 

In Palm Springs over Memorial Day weekend, a couple of years ago.

Last time you spoke another language?

Today. Spanish.

Last time you broke a bone? 

Oh, that can be scary. The Last time I broke a bone was right before I did ‘All the Queen’s Men,’ with Tyler Perry in Atlanta, and I thought I was gonna get fired. I broke / snapped my ankle. They put my ankle in a boot. I had to be very careful walking around. That was 2021.

Last time you won something?

The last time I won something, like, my name was called, which I really flipped out about because I was like, ‘I never win shit,’ was around Christmas, the year before last. I went to, ‘The Nutcracker Show,’ but it was a burlesque show. I won booby tassels. lol They called my name, and I was like, ‘Oh my God.’

Last time you were consumed with envy?

I don’t really, usually talk about it. I don’t let envy survive, in my narrative of life. I don’t really have ‘envy,’ because it’s a sin. The best things in life manifest themselves, when you are happy and want positive things for others and are in gratitude.

Last time you made a promise? 

The last time I made a promise was to show up to my makeup artist’s house on time this morning.

Last time you broke a promise? 

This morning. When I showed up a few minutes late for that makeup appointment.

Last time you had to look up the meaning of a word? 

Oh, man. You know what’s crazy? My vocabulary is very extensive. However, I will second guess myself, and I’ll be like, ‘You know what? I’m about to look that up. Let me make sure that’s right.’ When I do, I’m always right. Like, one was when I said audacity, and I was meaning it in a way of, like, something superfluous or, like, daring.

The Last Time You Were Up ‘Shit Creek?‘

I mean, I was up Schitt’s Creek when I was watching it last week! The last real time I was up ‘shit creek with no row / paddle’ was probably, when I was in The Maldives, and I went out with no sunscreen on! I couldn’t find my way back to the guest house I was staying in. I was just walking around, you know, aimlessly trying to look for where I needed to go in the sun. I was burnt to a crisp. I should get that checked out.

Last time you blatantly ignored someone’s red flags?

Don’t we do it for the best of reasons? I mean, come on.

Tell me something good about you.

Something good about me is, I always like to keep it light and fun.

Tell me something bad about you. 

Something bad about me, which is interesting because I always like to keep it, like, vibing high, is that I overthink.
